The short version
We don't do anything with your data you wouldn't expect.
You give us your name and email when you contact us. We reply. That's the whole deal. The longer version is below.

Who we are
This is the privacy policy for WiseSolutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales. You can reach us at info@wisesolutions.uk for anything to do with your data.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you actively submit through a contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A short description of what you'd like to discuss
We do not currently use cookies on this site. We do not currently use third-party analytics. If we add either, we'll update this page first and (where the law requires) ask for your consent.
What we do with it
We use your contact details for one thing: to reply to you. If our conversation turns into a paid engagement, we then use them to deliver the work and invoice for it.
We do not sell your data. We do not pass it to advertising networks. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you've separately and explicitly asked us to.
Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
We rely on legitimate interest for replying to inquiries you started, and on contract if we end up working together. If you opt in to a newsletter or marketing email in future, we'll rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that don't go anywhere are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep records for the life of the engagement plus 6 years (the period HMRC asks UK businesses to retain financial records).
Your rights
You have the right to see what we hold on you, have it corrected, have it deleted, take it elsewhere, or stop us using it. To exercise any of these, email info@wisesolutions.uk. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you think we've handled your data badly, you can complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office. We'd rather you came to us first, but it's your right.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when something material changes. The "last updated" date at the top is authoritative.
