AI automation and consulting
for UK businesses.
AI systems, custom software and the operational glue between them. Built for UK businesses that have decided AI is core to how they work. Shipped from London, hosted on our own servers, maintained by the same people who built it.
- 4 productized tenants publishing weekly
- 7 services in production
- UK built, EU hosted
- 0 downtime through 2 attacks in 48h
Seven things we do well.
Each one has shipped into production for a paying UK client. Nothing here is theoretical, nothing on this list is a thought experiment.
- 01 FLAGSHIP OFFER
AI-Native CRM
A customer system built around how you actually work. WhatsApp, SMS and email unified into one inbox. AI drafts replies, scores leads, flags the ones about to go cold. Not a HubSpot theme. A custom pipeline that fits your team.
IN THE WILD In production: multi-location services group with Kanban pipelines, stage-based automations and per-site permissions. Zero leads lost to a missed email.
INCLUDES unified inbox · lead scoring · pipeline automation · multi-tenant permissions
// typical: 3-5 weeks - 02
AI Workflow Automation
Repetitive process work handed to systems that don't sleep. Invoice triage, document classification, inbox routing, report compilation. The human stays in the loop, not in the weeds.
IN THE WILD 4 hours a week of bookkeeping replaced for a UK professional services firm. Classification accuracy 96%.
INCLUDES process automation · email triage · invoice processing · document classification
// typical: 2-3 weeks - 03
RAG & Knowledge Systems
Assistants grounded in your own documents, policies and data. They know what you know. Nothing more, nothing less. No hallucinations wandering off the script when a customer asks an edge-case question at 11pm.
IN THE WILD Public Q&A tool grounded in 18,000 characters of internal policy. 82% of FAQs auto-resolved, clean escalation path.
INCLUDES document grounding · policy Q&A · internal search · customer self-service
// typical: 2-4 weeks - 04
Custom AI Integrations
Agents wired into the tools you already pay for. Gmail, WhatsApp, Slack, Drive, your calendar, your CRM. We extend what you have. We don't sell you a replacement.
IN THE WILD Multi-channel chatbot routing via a single backend, serving both website widget and WhatsApp business for a regulated services client.
INCLUDES Gmail · WhatsApp · Slack · CRM bridges · multi-channel routing
// typical: 1-3 weeks - 05
Web Apps & SaaS
Full products, not prototypes. Modern stacks your next developer can actually work with. Built to ship, not to demo. Authentication, data, deployment, the unglamorous parts done properly.
IN THE WILD Vertical CRM for UK clinics with multi-tenant permissions, AI template wizard. Live at smilestracker.wisesolutions.uk.
INCLUDES custom SaaS · authentication · multi-tenant data · deployment pipeline
// typical: 4-8 weeks - 06
Productized Solutions
Recurring work packaged as software you rent, not build from scratch. BlogBot ships SEO content to your WordPress every week. Smiles Tracker runs pipelines for dental clinics. Priced like a tool, built like a tailor.
IN THE WILD 4 UK businesses publishing weekly via BlogBot. Average 20 minutes per post from brief to ranked draft.
INCLUDES SEO content automation · vertical CRM · subscription pricing · turnkey setup
// monthly subscription - 07
Managed AI Infrastructure
We host. We monitor. We keep it alive. Own servers in the EU, Docker-managed, nightly snapshots. Your data stays yours. No SaaS middlemen in the way of your margin.
IN THE WILD Own AI orchestrator, database and cache stack on a dedicated box. One regulated-sector client survived two attacks in 48 hours with zero customer-facing downtime.
INCLUDES EU hosting · Docker stack · nightly snapshots · uptime monitoring
// ongoing

Not sure which one fits?
Tell us where you're stuck. We'll tell you honestly which of the seven makes sense for where you are, what it'd look like, and what it wouldn't cover. No deck, no proposal spam, no SDR gauntlet.
We'll tell you honestly which of the seven fits your business. If none of them do, we'll tell you that too. That's a better use of your half hour than a pitch deck either way.
- 48 hours to a first reply, always. Usually faster.
- Founder on the call. No sales rep layer.

Got it. We'll reply within 48 hours.
Usually faster. Check your inbox, and your spam folder on the off chance.
Prefer to book a call directly? →Seven questions, answered straight.
No "it depends" hedging, no corporate-speak. The same answers we'd give on a call, written down so you don't need the call to get them.
-
It ranges from one week for a focused integration (a custom Slack bot, a Gmail-to-Drive pipeline) up to six or eight weeks for a full web app. We'll tell you a realistic range inside the first call. No upfront commitments, no open-ended retainers. You pay for scoped work, then decide if the next phase makes sense.
-
Both, depending on what you need. Automations, integrations and web apps are one-off builds with optional ongoing hosting. BlogBot and Smiles Tracker are productized subscriptions because they're recurring work packaged as software. We'll point you to whichever model actually fits, not whichever is more profitable for us.
-
Two options. One, we host the system on our own infrastructure, monitor it, keep it alive, handle updates as models and APIs drift. Two, we hand it over to your team with documentation and walk away. Both are fine. What we don't do is build something, disappear, and let it rot.
-
Yes. Most clients start with a single workflow or one integration, see it work in their own environment, then expand. There's no minimum contract, no platform lock-in, no mandatory stack. If you just need an invoice-triage automation and nothing else, that's a perfectly valid engagement.
-
Custom architecture every time. What we reuse across projects are solved patterns, not boilerplate. Auth flows, deployment setup, monitoring, error handling. So we don't waste your budget rebuilding infrastructure that's already been figured out. But the product itself is shaped around your business, not bent to fit our template.
-
On our own Linux servers in Germany (EU), managed via a dedicated cloud provider. Containerised deployments, nightly snapshots, dedicated database, dedicated cache, dedicated orchestration. Your data stays in the EU and never touches a SaaS middleman we can't audit. If you need a different region or your own cloud account, we can deploy there too.
-
That's part of the Managed Infrastructure service. When a model gets updated and behaviour drifts, or when an API deprecates an endpoint, we fix it. You don't wake up to a broken workflow because a vendor shipped a new model version overnight. We own the monitoring, you own the uptime.
